Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join The Lodge at Spruce Peak's Front Office & Rooms Division. You will be the face of Hyatt, handling guest registrations, promoting hotel services, and delivering attentive service to guests and visitors.

This role offers opportunities to engage with guests, manage check-ins/outs, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
