Join our Spa & Wellness team at Spruce Peak as a Spa Concierge and help deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort.

This part-time seasonal role offers $20 per hour and requires availability on weekends and holidays. You will guide guests through their spa journey, ensuring they receive personalized treatments and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.

Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Spa Concierge and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Shift 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Must work both weekend days and holidays.

Part-Time Seasonal

Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour

The Spa Concierge serves as the guest’s personal guide to relaxation and well-being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest’s needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post-treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).

• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
