Job summary

El Capitan Canyon Resort in Goleta, CA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. You will be the friendly face of our outdoor escape, collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and a professional appearance, with prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet.
• Hotel front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
