Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering questions and providing local recommendations
• Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
• Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
• Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
• Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience
