Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Bedford, TX to manage payroll, HR records, AR/AP, and cash handling while supporting front-office teams to deliver a world-class customer experience. The role requires strong communication, multi-system navigation, and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years accounts payable/receivable and payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Handle payroll records and HR administration.
