Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance for the entire duration of each shift to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm, confident greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to your Manager on Duty once identified.
• Support and train associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Create a secure environment and promote safety and security standards.
