Bass Pro Shops in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service at the front of the store. This role emphasizes a welcoming environment and promoting in-store programs.

As a Greeter, you will assist with merchandise handling, event information, and guest circulation while maintaining brand standards and a safe, organized work area. This is a part-time front-line position grounded in exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.

• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards with proper dress code and professional appearance.
• Check in customers' merchandise for returns and vendor visitors for logging badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales or promotions and hand out promotional materials.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearms/weapons check-in by notifying trained Outfitters; do not handle firearms.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
