Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Mesa, AZ seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will greet customers, inform them of promotions, assist with check-ins, and help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills, and able to follow the company dress code and SOPs. Part-time role with benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store promotions.
• Model Bass Pro Shops dress code and maintain a professional image.
• Check in customer merchandise for returns and log visitor information.
• Inform customers of events, sales, and promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryways and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and safe for guests.
• Coordinate firearm/weapons guest check-in with Outfitter per SOP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
