Bass Pro Shops in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will greet customers, promote programs, and help with check-ins while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

We're looking for individuals with prior customer service experience and a high school diploma. This part-time, on-site role emphasizes outstanding service, teamwork, and adherence to our dress code in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards in appearance and conduct.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns and vendor representatives via visitor logs.
• Inform customers about store events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe entryway and surrounding areas.
• Assist with firearm check-in procedures by coordinating with outfitter; never handle firearms.
