Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and support front-end operations. You will greet guests, provide information, and promote store programs while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time role with benefits is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability to new processes.
• Self-motivation when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Present a professional image and adhere to dress code.
• Check in merchandise returns and vendor visitors; manage logs and badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales, promotions and distribute materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist firearms check-in by notifying the Outfitter; never handle firearms.
