Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a front-of-house leader to support restaurant operations and management. The role focuses on upholding service standards, guiding team members, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Under direct supervision, you will assist with daily quality, communication, and coordination between front and back-of-house teams to deliver an AUSS-SOME dining experience across the location.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards per Bloomin' Brands.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Coach front-of-house staff in customer service.
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, training and quality control.
