Topgolf International in Augusta, GA is seeking a part-time Front Of House Supervisor to lead a diverse team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will guide staff, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and traverse stairs.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
