Legal Sea Foods in Boston, MA is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee FOH operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and enforce company standards. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high service levels during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will lead by example, manage cash handling, train new hires, and uphold safety and sanitation policies while delivering outstanding hospitality to guests.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of restaurant experience, including 1+ in a supervisory role.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality management education a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads front of house team to ensure excellent restaurant operations including opening and closing duties.
• Ensures proper restaurant staffing and organization by assigning tasks and coordinating FOH staff breaks.
• Ensures all staff clock in at the start of their shift.
• Handles employee relations issues and escalates to Senior Management as needed.
• Provides support to hourly staff on POS and reservations issues.
• Coordinates and conducts excellent customer service to encourage guest return.
