Job summary

Legal Sea Foods at Copley Square in Boston is seeking a full-time Front of House Supervisor to lead the FOH team during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate operations, ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will assign tasks, manage staffing and floor plans, handle guest concerns, and participate in training on service, sanitation, and POS for new hires. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Leads front of house team to ensure excellent restaurant operations including opening and closing duties.
• Assigns tasks and coordinates FOH staff breaks according to management's schedule.
• Ensures all staff clock in at the start of their shift.
• Handles guest complaints during the shift and escalates issues appropriately to GM/Chef.
• Provides support to hourly associates on POS and reservations issues.
• Coordinates and conducts customer service to encourage guest return.
• Follows and enforces company standards, safety, sanitation, and respectful workplace.
• Completes cash handling and POS reconciliation according to guidelines.
• Supports training such as Service and Sanitation, Menu, Fish, and POS for new hires.
