Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified in ServSafe Food, ServSafe Alcohol/TIPS, MA Allergen Training, and Discrimination/Harassment training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOH shift and department staff during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign tasks, manage staffing, and ensure clock-in/clock-out procedures.
• Assist with hiring, training, and references checks.
• Support staff with POS and kitchen display systems as needed.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
