Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, one year supervisory experience in food service, inventory control experience, valid food handler and alcohol awareness cards within 90 days, sanitation training, computer proficiency with POS systems, ability to work various shifts and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, U.S. employment eligibility, and ability to obtain gaming license/background check.
