Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to the budget. You will manage staffing, training, and performance to deliver excellent guest experiences in a dynamic casino environment.

The role requires 5 years in F&B management, a hospitality degree or HRM certificate, and proficiency with Agilysys POS and MS Office. Flexibility for shifts and travel within properties may be needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years food and beverage management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Must possess or obtain Food Handler’s and Alcohol Awareness cards and ServSafe certification within three months.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including budget and staffing.
• Implements standards, procedures, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Delivers prompt, courteous service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Monitors inventory and orders to avoid over/understocking.
• Prepares financial and sales reports and analyzes performance.
