Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a friendly Food Server to provide courteous dining service in a fast-paced casino environment in Tucson, AZ. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu questions while upholding high presentation standards.

Minimum qualifications include one year in casual dining, money-handling ability, and the potential for required certifications (Food Handler’s/ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness). Flexible shifts, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Food Server in casual eateries.
• Must have money-handling experience or pass a job-related test.
• Valid Food Handler’s card or ServSafe certification and an Alcohol Awareness card within three months.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders for food and beverages, including alcohol, and communicates orders to kitchen staff.
• Delivers food and beverages and maintains plating standards.
• Answers guest questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Resolves guest issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows safety policies throughout shift.
