Casino Del Sol is seeking a Facilities Specialist Supervisor to oversee facilities teams and coordinate maintenance projects across properties. The role combines field and office work, emphasizing safety, budgeting, scheduling, and continuous improvement of building systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, hands-on maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, carpentry), and a commitment to guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in Facilities Building Maintenance.
• Construction knowledge, reading schematics/plans and blueprints required.
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinates with contractors on repairs and preventative maintenance work.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to maintenance staff and ensures high performance, customer service.
• Responds to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize guest impact.
