You will focus on coaching, development, and performance, empowering staff to meet goals, while upholding safety, food safety, and cash-handling standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to coach, give feedback, and lead difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House, Drive-Thru, and guest experience operations.
• Plan each shift, set goals, and communicate expectations.
• Monitor service speed, hospitality, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Make real-time decisions to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Uphold standards for opening/closing, breaks, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety.
• Develop team members through coaching and training.
