Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to oversee shifts, coach team members, and uphold exceptional guest service. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage cash controls, and partner with senior leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and lead team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide immediate, respectful, and genuine guest service.
• Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures.
• Lead shift execution including breaks, positioning, and deployment.
• Open and/or close the restaurant; act as key holder.
• Manage cash drawers, deposits, and daily money controls.
• Ensure accuracy in orders and POS execution.
• Communicate clearly with Back of House leadership and senior leaders.
• Address guest concerns with care and urgency.
