Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in all aspects of shift operations and to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. You will supervise stations, assist with opening or closing in the absence of a manager, and uphold established procedures.

The role focuses on guiding Team Members to follow recipes, maintain precise measurements, and sustain speed of service while keeping workspaces clean and compliant with cash handling and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow recipes and tickets accurately.
• Maintain accuracy in weights and measurements for all items.
• Keep station pace to meet service speed guidelines.
• Maintain clean workstations and dining areas.
• Follow cash handling procedures and security protocols.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Address guest issues by consulting management when needed.
• Provide direction and feedback to staff and uphold company policies.
