Chick-fil-A Locust Grove is looking for a Shift Leader to help run a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. You will support senior leadership, coach Team Members, and model our core values with a servant's heart.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive pay, and growth through hands-on training with experienced Operators. Reliable transportation and a passion for service are essential.

• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are leading operations so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing Team Members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
