Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing or directing Front of House training.
• Managing Front of House performance, evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees and supervising assistant managers and hourly staff.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, setting hours, schedules and task assignments.
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals.
• Practicing safe food handling procedures.
