Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House employees, and deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests. If you have a passion for people and guest experience, you’ll fit our team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House staff and schedules.
• Ability to supervise training and evaluate performance.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Provide Front of House training.
• Manage Front of House performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees by giving daily feedback.
• Review applications, interview, hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule hours and tasks across opening hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment and implement incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.
