Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. The role requires leadership, training, scheduling, and cost controls to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety.
• Provide or oversee Front of House training.
• Manage Front of House staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees by coaching during one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment and run staff incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are understood and practiced.
