Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage all Front of House employees. You will ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests.

Aufgaben

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance, including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees by giving daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and driving contests and incentives
• Following safe food handling procedures
