Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and discipline staff with fairness and clarity.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing Front of House training and evaluating staff performance
• Managing liquor orders and costs, ensuring compliance with liquor laws
• Interviewing and hiring Front of House staff and scheduling work hours
