Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing or directing Front of House training.
• Managing Front of House performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assisting with development of key employees and hourly staff with daily feedback.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and goals.
