• Experience overseeing Front of House daily operations.
• Ability to coach and discipline staff with regular evaluations.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance of Front of House staff, including evaluations and coaching.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop employees through feedback and one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview and hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks around open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.
