Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager in Bozeman, MT to oversee all Front of House daily operations and lead Front of House staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage schedules, training, performance evaluations, and liquor costs while enforcing policies and safety guidelines. The role offers growth opportunities within a people-first culture and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage liquor orders, control costs, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.
• Develop key employees through feedback, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Set weekly schedules and direct work, including pre- and post-open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment and implement staff incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are understood and practiced.
