Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests.

The role focuses on driving sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include training, performance management, liquor orders/costs, and enforcing safety, policies, and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees, including assistant managers and hourly staff through daily feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work tasks, hours, and shift schedules before, during, and after opening hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals and running contests/night themes to motivate staff
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
