Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You will drive sales, enforce policies, and lead training while maintaining a fun, safe, and high-performance restaurant culture.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and ensuring strict adherence to liquor laws and safety standards, with opportunities for career growth within a people-first environment.

Formación

• Experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant.
• Ability to lead and coach staff.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safe food handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training and performance management.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assist in developing key employees and conduct one-on-one performance discussions.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff; set hours and weekly schedules.
