Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams and driving guest satisfaction.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and safety standards.
• Proven coaching and performance management skills.
• Strong scheduling, training, and cost-control capabilities.
• Liquor operations knowledge and Responsible Serving guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and costs, ensure legal compliance.
• Develop key employees and conduct one-on-one feedback.
• Review applications, interview and hire Front of House staff.
• Set hours, schedules, and delegate tasks before and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are practiced.
