Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House staff.

The role ensures Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include training, performance management, liquor ordering and cost control, hiring, scheduling, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a fun, guest-focused culture.

Responsabilités

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees and hourly staff through daily feedback.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules, assigning tasks during and after open hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and incentives for staff.
• Following safe food handling procedures and safety standards.
