Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and an excellent guest experience. You’ll keep a clean, efficient line, train crew, and support leadership development while managing breaks and schedules.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues and customer incidents, upholding food safety standards, and assisting with office tasks as needed. Prior experience in a fast‑food setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand-washing, glove changes, and line time checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
