Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service.

You will keep the line clean and organized, and lead by example on the floor. This role requires standing, occasional multitasking, and willingness to take on additional duties such as office tasks, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support staff as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
