Qualificações

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing English at work location.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and well organized; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Assist with supervising crew, scheduling, and breaks.
• Support crew development and performance reviews; mentor future Service Leaders.
• Handle office tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Order and manage office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
