Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience and ensure safe, quality food. You’ll supervise a restaurant line, train staff, monitor schedules, and resolve incidents to keep operations smooth and efficient.

The role emphasizes food safety, cash handling, and paperwork while helping to grow future leaders within the team. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and well staffed; train crew on procedures.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; monitor breaks and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Handle office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment work.
