Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on the floor, maintaining a clean, well-ordered line, and stepping in to assist when not busy.

You will supervise shifts, monitor schedules, and support office tasks while helping to develop future Service Leaders. Requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing and glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
