Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and training a strong restaurant crew.

You will monitor a clean line, uphold food safety standards, and support crew development and scheduling. Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience; Chipotle values people-first, growth, and a passion for serving great food.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety with hand washing, gloves, temps, and checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leaders.
• Support miscellaneous office tasks and supplies management.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available.
• Ensure adequate supplies on hand.
