Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and excellent customer service. You will keep a clean, well-run line, supervise crew, and assist with training and scheduling.

The role involves hands-on leadership, inventory checks, and office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and restaurant operations, plus strong communication skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks and shifts, and assist with training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
