Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager to order liquor and maintain inventories in compliance with NC ABC laws.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared per recipes and served smoothly to all outlets.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and participate in F&B inventory and kitchen checks.
• Support all areas of food service and hotel operations as needed.
