Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Rockford is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee all front-of-the-house restaurant operations during shifts and assist in supervising other food & beverage outlets as needed.

The role requires high-volume dining experience, strong leadership, and a focus on guest service. You will manage staff, scheduling, budgeting, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Four (4) years' dining experience
• Minimum of two years' Food and Beverage supervisory experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment; mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Open and close shift or work area at scheduled times; ensure outlet is fully prepared for operation and assets are secure.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance records, and appraisals to ensure appropriate staffing and service standards.
• Assist in monitoring department budget to ensure efficient use of labor and resources.
• Monitor guest service and satisfaction by interviewing guests and observing ratings to drive improvements.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints to maintain positive guest relations.
• Inspect daily operations to ensure a safe work environment and adequate supplies.
• Attend and participate in meetings; complete follow-up as assigned.
• Perform work regularly and predictably; attend seminars when needed.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces.
