• Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to sales growth.
• Uphold brand standards and core values while meeting business objectives.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff into Hard Rock brand ambassadors.
• Promote a positive work environment and communicate with managers about procedures.
• Train and empower employees to exercise good judgment for guest satisfaction.
• Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
