Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to lead the Table Games Operations team during assigned shifts, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring compliance with policies. You will mentor dealers, manage staff, and support game integrity on the floor.

Role requires hands-on supervision, strong guest relations, and a thorough understanding of Illinois gaming regulations. This position is on-site with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; three years table games experience.
• Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dealer responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop Table Games team members to provide superior service and mentorship.
• Train team members, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance and provide coaching.
