Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a part-time Guest Services Attendant for our Food Hall. You will welcome guests, describe menu items, process payments, and support a fast-paced service area while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest to improve guest satisfaction and promote positive guest relations.
• Inspect and clean dining area regularly.
• Present check and collect payment for items.
• Stock areas with necessary items during and at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and knowledge of menu and beverages.
