Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Green Room to lead scheduling, planning, timing, and supervision of the Green Room operations. You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff across multiple outlets in a high-volume resort/hotel environment, ensuring exceptional guest service and product presentation.

You will analyze Food & Beverage data, drive outlet sales, and implement process improvements while maintaining strong guest relations and adherence to gaming

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–4 years of restaurant supervisory experience or a combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in multiple outlets (Restaurant, Room Service, Minibar) within a high-volume resort/hotel.
• Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data.
• Must have exceptional guest service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Proven ability to increase outlet sales and deliver high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily work assignments of Noodle Bar staff and supervises all directly assigned personnel.
• Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, appraises, and develops a cohesive outlet team.
• Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all products delivered to guests.
• Recommends operational enhancements to senior management to support initiatives.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations and ensures compliance with regulations.
