Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a server/host assistant to deliver food and guest supplies with a friendly, upbeat demeanor. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by actively building guest relations, handling table service duties, and presenting dishes with concise descriptions.

The role requires excellent multitasking, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Food safety and professional appearance are emphasized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board standards.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid food handler’s certification.

• Deliver food and guest supplies in a pleasant, upbeat and efficient manner.
• Provide superior guest service and actively build guest relations.
