You will guide outlet supervisors and staff while upholding health, safety, and company standards.

Collaborating with F&B leadership and the Executive Chef, you will drive performance, develop SOPs, and mentor teams to maintain exceptional service levels and efficiency across venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and performance of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and gaming floor service.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
• Aid in managing financial performance by analyzing sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Lead and mentor outlet supervisors and staff to achieve high levels of service and productivity.
